The building has 18 levels which are serviced by two completely modernized elevators. Main lobby is quite large and includes on site management office, Vending machines and lending library. The building also has 3 levels of heated underground parking. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi are located on the 3rd level, overlooking the river valley. Renaissance Place also includes a recreation room with pool table, sauna, exercise room and a large outside patio and private garden. Every floor has coin laundry and garbage chute. Balconies are quite spacious with access from both living room and bedroom. (Birds, Dog or cat allowed with permission, some size restrictions) If approaching the building from the South, follow Bellamy Hill north then turn right on 99 ave, which will bring you to the back of the building. You can follow the back alley north to 101 Street to access the front of the building.If approaching the building from the North, follow 100 Street south past the Hotel Macdonald (will turn into McDougall Hill) and the building will be on your right before the Rossdale Road overpass. ParkingVisitors to the building can find parking in a number of locations:1: There is City of Edmonton Free parking located at the front (East) of the building (2 hour limit Mon-Fri).2: There are also several indoor visitor parking stalls located in the L & R level parkades. If using the indoor visitor parking stalls remember to sign your car into the log book located in the lobby across from the office.3: There is an Impark parking lot located on the West (Rear) side of the building.Guest SuiteThere is a guest suite in the building, which can be booked at a per night cost with an additional cleaning charge at the end of your stay. The suite is a furnished 6th floor one bedroom unit with a queen sized bed, full kitchen and balcony.
